Carolyn Wonderland


Carolyn Wonderland is a diversified songwriter, soulful vocalist, and a guitarist of goddess stature. Although primarily a blues artist, Wonderland likes to incorporate elements of country, swing, zydeco, surf, gospel, soul, and cumbia into her musical mix. Recent years have seen Wonderland stretching out musically, working some expert whistling and scat singing into her shows. In addition to her trusty guitar, “Patty,” Carolyn has been regularly playing her trumpet, and even occasionally the accordion, mandolin or keys. Wonderland was the 2009 Winner of Best Female Vocalist and Best Blues Band at the Austin Music Awards.

John Mayall

Blues, Rock

Literally and figuratively Sir John Mayall is British blues royalty who hired, among others, Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce, and Mick Fleetwood back in the 1960s. Now in his 80s, he's an ageless wonder who plays with the same intensity today as he did when he first blazed a blues path around the world. His latest album, "Find a Way to Care," released in 2015, was his 63rd.

Peter Wolf


Best known as the lead vocalist of J. Geils Band and topping the pop single charts with “Freeze Frame,” “Love Stinks,” “Centerfold,” he earned a reputation as one of rock’s most exciting live acts, thanks to Wolf’s lively, hyperactive stage presence. After going solo, Peter Wolf continued to pioneer new musical territories with the subsequent releases “Lights Out,” “Come as You Are,” and “Up to No Good.” His solo work has seen him collaborate with the likes of Aretha Franklin, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Shelby Lynne and Neko Case.

Brewer & Shipley


Recognized as one of the most successful folk rock duos of the 70's, Brewer & Shipley have remained true to their original form for over three decades. Although best known for their Top 10 signature song, 'One Toke Over The Line' which permanently etched their names in rock history by becoming an anthem of the 70's counter culture, Michael Brewer and Tom Shipley were by no means a one trick pony. In all, the duo landed 3 singles on the Billboard charts and had the pleasure of working with such notables as Mike Bloomfield, Leon Russell, Jimmy Messina, and the late Jerry Garcia.

Ana Popovic


Ana Popovic is a blues guitarist and singer. Born in Belgrade, Serbia, and now living in Memphis, Popovic has performed all over the world. NPR praised her "fiery technique" shortly after the release of her 2013 album, "Can You Stand the Heat."

Leftover Salmon


Leftover Salmon formed in 1989 when the local band Salmon Heads asked some members of Left Hand String Band to fill in. They celebrated their 20th anniversary as band on New Year's Eve, playing a show at The Eldo in Crested Butte, the same venue as their very first show. In June 2012, they were featured as the house band at Whales Tail Bar in Breckenridge for the 'Deadliest Catch - After the Catch' episodes.

Renowned for his adroit fingerpicking guitar style, Leo Kottke’s blues-tinged playing has made an indelible imprint on the world of folk music. His most notable work, 1969’s 6- and 12-String Guitar (commonly known as the “Armadillo album”), has been released and re-released on many different labels over the course of the last 40 years.

Ottmar Liebert

Ottmar Liebert has taken the ancient guitar style of traditional flamenco into new and unthinkable realms, fusing it with everything from bossa nova and dance rhythms to soothing environmental new-age synthesizer sounds. Born in Cologne, Germany to a Chinese-German father and Hungarian mother, this Grammy-nominated musician began playing guitar at age 11 and traveled extensively through Europe and Asia, soaking in each musical tradition to which he was exposed. He has since become one of the most globally successful instrumental artists of the last few decades.

David Cook
