After marking its 25th anniversary on Broadway, Andrew Lloyd Weber's "The Phantom of the Opera" is reimagined by Cameron Mackintosh in this all-new touring production. Based on the novel by Gaston Leroux, Andrew Lloyd Webber's "The Phantom of the Opera" tells the story of a mysterious, disfigured man who lives in the bowels of the Paris Opera House. He becomes obsessed with Christine, a young singer, and takes it upon himself to further her career at any cost. This "Phantom" features a new scenic design by Paul Brown, Tony Award-winning original costume design by Maria Björnson, lighting design by Tony-winner Paule Constable, new choreography by Scott Ambler and a new staging by director Laurence Connor, as well as an orchestra and cast of 52.
